Stacy Horn Koch has over 30 years of results-oriented leadership experience in non-profits, government, and behavioral health. She has a unique ability to create and maintain relationships and identify and connect the dots across sectors to optimize success. Stacy has proven success in leading change, developing, and implementing innovative programs and initiatives, developing funds, building sustainable system-wide coalitions, and providing boots-on-the-ground response to urgent needs.

William “Ben” Wicker

Ben Wicker specializes in resilient housing, infrastructure improvement, climate adaptation, and disaster recovery. He works closely with state and local governments to transform complex public initiatives into practical, results-driven programs that strengthen communities and improve quality of life. Ben has extensive experience helping small and rural communities identify critical infrastructure needs and develop strategic, achievable plans to modernize essential systems, including utilities and public facilities.
